Matthew P. Gaye Jr. is a dedicated Liberian advocate for youth development, a public speaker, researcher, and emerging leader with a fervent commitment to education, youth empowerment, leadership development, and sustainable development. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU).

Jerry G. Toe is a distinguished youth leader, administrator, entrepreneur, and advocate for youth development in Liberia. Currently, he serves as the General Secretary of I’ve Vision - ICEL, where he plays a crucial role in organizational leadership, strategic coordination, administration, documentation, and implementing programs that promote education, youth empowerment, and community development.

Adaline is a senior student at The African Methodist Episcopal University in Liberia. She serves as an Assistant Secretary at I’ve Vision - ICEL, where she supports the organization through various administrative tasks, effective communication, coordination, and teamwork. Adaline is passionate about youth development, leadership, community transformation, and contributing to initiatives that foster positive change.

Winnie currently holds the position of Co-Administrator for the GYC (Global Youth Conference) Community and serves as the Volunteer Advocacy Lead at I’ve Vision - ICEL. In her role with the GYC Publicity Team, she directs the communications strategy and digital outreach efforts.
