The global goals we work towards
Our programmes, our events and our activities align with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 8 and 16.
We work towards the goals themselves rather than to the United Nations’ targets or methodology. We take a goal — good health and well-being, quality education — define our own approach to it, and build our programmes from that. The work on this site is the result.

About Our CEO
Before there was I’ve Vision, there was a young boy who refused to stop asking questions.
Born in Liberia, Douglas’ childhood was interrupted by civil war, forcing his family to seek refuge in Ghana. While many carried memories of war, Douglas carried something different. He carried questions like these:
- Why do some communities struggle while others thrive?
- Why should a child’s future be determined by where they were born?
- Can one person truly make a difference?
Those questions refused to leave him. Instead of accepting the world as it was, he went searching for answers. He became a student of life — reading, learning, exploring faith, humanity, leadership, and purpose.
Along the journey, he discovered a simple truth:
Lasting change doesn’t begin with systems. It begins with people.
That realization became more than a belief. It became a calling. And that calling became I’ve Vision.
Today, every programme, every partnership, and every life touched by I’ve Vision is a reflection of the same conviction that first lived in the heart of a curious young boy.
