How do I know my donation reached the community?

We keep clear records of how donations are used and share updates on the work they make possible. Your trust matters to us, and we take it seriously.

Can I give to a specific project?

Yes, you can. Just tell us the project you would like to support, and we will do our best to honour your wish.

Why are some of your partners not named?

Some partners prefer to remain private, and we respect their wishes. We are grateful for every person and organisation that supports our work, named or not.

What happens when you publish a figure that turns out to be wrong?

We correct it. We believe honesty means admitting when we get something wrong and making it right.

Do I need a qualification to volunteer?

Not always. Tell us what you can offer and when you are available, and we will see where you can make a difference.

I am under 18. Can I take part?

For some activities, yes, with a parent or guardian's consent. We will always explain what is involved and make your safety a priority.
